Roommates, Pretty Ricky’s #BabyBlue has seemingly been keeping himself occupied throughout the ordeal, but it seems like a number of the pastimes have landed him in trouble with the law! According into a media release made from the Department of Justice, Baby Blue has only racked up some national charges for his alleged participation in a COVID relief finance scam!
Baby Blue was charged with wire fraud, bank fraud, and conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud as a result of his alleged involvement in a scam to document then $24 million in deceptive COVID relief applications. Baby Blue, combined with another person, supposedly “conspired with others to obtain millions of dollars in fraudulent PPP loans.”
It has been alleged that Baby Blue acquired a PPP loan for more than 400,000 because of his company, Throwbackjersey.com LLC during using falsified documents. After obtaining that luggage, he supposedly registered to get a loan over $700,000 because of his other company, Blue celebrity Records LLC. He also supposedly dropped nearly $100K onto a Ferrari, which police captured once he had been detained.
The press release titles other individuals who were supposedly involved in the scam, stating:
“The complaints allege that Smith and Johnson conspired with others to obtain millions of dollars in fraudulent PPP loans. The complaints allege that the scheme involved the preparation of at least 90 fraudulent applications, most of which were submitted. Many of those loan applications were approved and funded by financial institutions, paying out at least $17.4 million.”
The last time Baby Blue made headlineshe had become a physical altercation on the record of #8216;Love & Hip Hop: Miami’ within some play between his ex-girlfriend. He also welcomed his infant baby boy lately.
