Roommates, at a period of tragedy, America’s top physician has an unconventional solution for obtaining the younger generation to comprehend exactly how severe the coronavirus pandemic is. He states we will need to rely on interpersonal networking influencers such as Kylie Jenner.
While talking on Good Morning America, Surgeon General Jerome Adams stated this is the best time to use influencers and actors, such as Kylie Jenner and Kevin Durant, to shed light on the effect of the coronavirus.
“We need to get Kylie Jenner and social media influencers out there, in helping folks understand that look, this is serious, this is absolutely serious. People are dying,” Adams said.

He states influencers are a Very Important instrument in getting the message across to younger people because he understands his own children that “the more I tell them not to do something, the more they want to do it.”
He also voiced worries that the younger generation is much more inclined to dismiss the quarantine and social distancing warnings, despite being the most vulnerable to contracting and spreading the virus.
“We are seeing new data from Italy that suggests that young people may be at higher risk than what we previously thought,” he explained. “But think about your grandfather, think about your grandmother, think about the fact that you’re spreading a disease that could ultimately be what kills them.”
Omg it’s elderly Gen Zs and younger millennials. I’m a millennial and each single millenial I understand is about board and ontop of social distancing. Why not only say we want the 16-30 yr olds to listen…. ?
